Free delivery is available for orders exceeding $40.
Please note that the estimated delivery time excludes order processing time, which typically takes 2 to 4 days. Once your order is processed, you will receive SMS notifications and parcel tracking details. Do take note that PreOrder items will take 2-4 weeks to reach, while the standard orders will be fulfilled first. Check out the PreOrder page for more information. If no one is available to receive the parcel, our delivery team will make arrangements or schedule a redelivery. One free redelivery attempt is provided; subsequent attempts are chargeable at $3.50 each.

Overseas Delivery:
Currently, we do not offer overseas shipment. Stay tuned for updates on this option in the future.
Returns:
At CalmingTots, we take pride in the quality of our products, ensuring a stringent Quality Check (QC) process before shipping.
- Refunds will be provided in the form of Gift cards, not cash.
- Exchanges are applicable only for shipping defects/damages.
- To request a refund, email us at sales@calmingtots.com with your order number within 7 working days for local orders.
- For shipping defect-related refunds, we typically take 3-5 days to inspect and process the return.
- Gift cards have a validity of 14 days from the issued date.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Please note that gift cards are non-returnable items.
