These essential oils combine to create a lovely, calming floral blend. Our Balance Essential Oil Blend was created to support the emotional well-being of women, especially during the turbulent time of their menstrual cycle. Sometimes a simple sniff of something beautiful is all you need to stay cool, calm, and in control!

HOW TO USE

Diffuse Balance into the air when riled feelings arise. Add a few drops into an Epsom salt bath to help soothe emotions.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
Rollon: Apply to wrists, forearms, back of the neck, or lower abdomen. Pre-diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil to 5% for your convenience.
