HOW TO USE

Diffuse into the air or mix in an unscented body lotion or carrier oil and apply to your chest, neck and wrists.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
Rollon: Apply to the wrists, back of the neck or tops of feet. Pre-diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil to 5% for your convenience.
