HOW TO USE

Diffuse into the air using your favorite diffuser or add a few drops in a carrier oil to a warm bath to help with tension. Peppermint is great added to unscented lotion or carrier oil for a massage or pedicure.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier.
Rollon: Apply to the area(s) of concern. Pre-diluted to 5% in Fractionated Coconut Oil for your convenience.
