HOW TO USE

Diffuse into the air using your favorite diffuser, mix with a carrier oil and massage, or add to a warm bath.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% in a carrier.
Rollon: Apply to the chest, back of the neck, or wrists. Pre-diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil to 5% for your convenience.
