HOW TO USE

Topical: Dilute to 2-4% in a carrier and apply 1-2 times a day to the lower abdomen.
Rollon: Apply to the lower abdomen 1-2 times a day. Pre-diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil to 4% for your convenience.
