It is made up of the pure, undiluted essential oils of Lavender, Marjoram, Mandarin, Patchouli, Geranium Egyptian, and Chamomile Roman. Together these remarkable oils have incredible therapeutic properties that have a calming and soothing aroma.

HOW TO USE

Diffuse or put a drop or two near your pillow at night. This blend is also great mixed with carrier oil or added to a warm bath. To help relieve tension, you might want to try a few drops mixed with unscented body lotion or carrier oil and apply throughout the day.

Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
Rollon: Apply to arms, back of the neck, or temples. Pre-diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil to 5% for your convenience.
