Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier.
Rollon: Apply to the chest area. Pre-diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil to 5% for your convenience.
