HOW TO USE

Aromatic: Diffuse using 1-2 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 2.5% in a carrier.

Rollon: Apply to wrists, arms, or back of the neck.
Pre-diluted to 2% in Fractionated Coconut Oil for your convenience.
