HOW TO USE

Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 5% in a carrier and apply to the neck, arms, and legs before going outdoors.

Rollon: Apply to the neck, arms, and legs before going outdoors. Pre-diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil to 3% for your convenience.
