HOW TO USE

Aromatic: Diffuse using 2-3 drops per 100 mL of water or use in a personal inhaler.
Topical: Dilute to 3-5% in a carrier and apply to the chest and under the nose.
Rollon: Apply to the chest and under the nose. Pre-diluted in Fractionated Coconut Oil to 3% for your convenience.
